Refund policy

30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

You'll need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we'll provide a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent without prior return authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate and resolve the issue promptly.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom products, personal care items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Contact us for clarification if needed.

Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

Exchanges

For a faster exchange process, return the item you have and place a separate order for the new item once your return is accepted.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If shipping to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without justification. The item must be in the same condition as received, with tags, and in its original packaging.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be processed and automatically credited to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that the time taken for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or credit card company.

Refund Deductions

To ensure transparency, please note the following:

Payment gateway transaction fees (e.g., PayPal, Stripe, or credit card processing fees) are non-refundable, as these are not returned to us by providers.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable once an order has shipped.

For returns that are not due to a defective product or an error on our part, a small handling/restocking fee (up to 10%) may also be deducted.
